Fapajal's Quality Policy reflects our mission, vision and value, and it's based on the following guiding principles:

Through the continuous improvement of a Quality Management System in accordance with the NP EN ISO 9001 standard and the IFS Household and Personal Care standard, it aims at achieving the following objectives:

Conscious of the importance of using natural resources sustainably, Fapajal has assumed a commitment, to society in general and its clients in particular, of verifying the wood Products procurement sources used it mill. Fapajal promises to use its best efforts to avoid the outsourcing of wood produced through the following practices:
- Freedom of association and the effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining;
- The elimination of all forms of forced or compulsory labor;
- The effective abolition of child labor; and
- The elimination of discrimination in respect of employment and occupation.
